Terms and Conditions

Last updated June 2026. These terms cover orders placed through the Sam's Kitchen website.

Orders

When you place an order you agree to pay the listed price. We confirm orders by email and start cooking once payment is received. Item availability can change without notice.

Payments

Pay by card at checkout. Card details go to our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. This demo site does not charge real cards.

Cancellations

Call us straight away if you need to cancel. Once the kitchen starts your order we can't cancel or refund it.

Refunds

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right with a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup is free from 19 City Rd, Auckland CBD. Delivery is available in central Auckland and the fee shows at checkout. Delivery times are estimates.

Food allergies

Tell us about allergies in your order notes and call ahead. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and seafood, so we can't guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

Website use

Use this site for personal ordering. Don't try to break, scrape, or misuse it. We can refuse service for any reason.
